Fresh Hops
There really is no better way to describe this than the flavor of the smell of Yakima Valley in the fall. Since the hops haven’t been dried you get the full spectrum of flavors right in your face.
The unspoken rule of fresh hopped beers is they are to be added to the brew within 24 hours of being picked from the field, or as I like to say the “dirt-to-wort” time. As you may have guessed the fresher the better so being a brewer in Seattle I am a mere couple hours drive from the Yakima Valley where an overwhelming majority of the US hop supply is grown and is one of the largest hop growing regions in the world.
This Disorderly TeaHouse puts a way-more-refreshing spin on the classic iced-tea-with-lemon combo–with a whisp of aromatic, tart Yuzu citrus. Our Guayusa Tea complements these subtly-sweet flavors with a crisp and herbal-earthiness.
A well-rounded, Highly drinkable India Pale Ale. A bit of Caramel Malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops, including Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and a splash of honorary “C” hop, Simcoe. Best enjoyed from mustache.
This fascinating ferment is full of fabulous Sabro, Citra & Cashmere hops for a smooth, tropical fruitiness. A slightly bitter, densely hazy phenomenon that’s strangely light in mouthfeel, keeping you satiated and still coming back for more.
